SunWize Technologies Moves its Distributed Power Group Headquarters to
San Jose, CA and Participates in San Jose’s Green Vision Initiative

Kingston, NY August 26, 2008 –
SunWize Technologies, Inc. has recently moved the headquarters for its Distributed Power Group to downtown San Jose. SunWize
Technologies represents yet another leading Clean Tech company attracted to San Jose by the city’s Green Vision initiative and downtown
redevelopment incentives.

SunWize moved into its new offices at 111 W. Saint John Street on August 1st. Passersby throughout the area will easily be able to
recognize the new group headquarters by the SunWize name and logo atop the 12 story, newly remodeled building (photo right). The sign uses highly efficient LED technology for backlighting, consuming less than one kWh or 10 cents of electricity to operate each night.

Executive Vice President of SunWize, David Kaltsas, announced, “We are excited and proud to be a part of Mayor Reed’s Green Vision for
the city of San Jose as well as contributing to the redevelopment of the downtown area.” “We intend to make San Jose a World Center for Clean Technology Innovation.” proclaims Mayor Chuck Reed. “Sunwize is just the kind of industry leader we want to attract. Needless to say, we are very pleased.” Harry Mavrogenes, Executive Director of the San Jose Redevelopment Agency, adds “Having SunWize relocate downtown fits perfectly with our ongoing efforts to make Downtown a thriving urban center where people work, live, and play.”
