What can I say, once everything is said and done, customers love their systems!  It’s what makes this job so rewarding! Just thought I’d share this note I just received:

Boy are we having fun – we’ve been checking our inverters and watching our electric meter run backwards every day!

The installation crew was incredible – Randy, Shawn, Jeremy, Jason and Sean. As you know, the installation was one of the most challenging they have done. They were professional, knowledgeable, really nice and we couldn’t believe how they worked when the roof temperature was 158′ last week – Debbie had them come down and sit inside for a couple of minutes and have them drink Gatorade to cool down….They completely cleaned up the site, it’s like the solar panels just appeared on our roof. They really worked as a team, and we could tell they enjoyed both their work and each others’ company.

We also want to thank you for everything you did. You are also a true professional, and quite frankly convinced us to install the system. Aside from your sales skills, the respect shown to you from your co-workers (the installation crew just think the world of you), your attention to detail, your background as an architect, and your perseverance when you first got turned down by the fire department really sold us. Not to mention that you are a really great person. We are quite happy that you got a well deserved promotion and know you will continue to excel.
